The Script will be making its return to Singapore this year!
The Irish Rock band will be holding a concert at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on 25 Sep 2022, as part of the Asian leg of its Greatest Hits tour.
As the name suggests, The Script will be performing songs from its greatest hits compilation record, Tales From The Script. Fans can expect to see their favourite tracks spanning the band’s entire discography live in the Lion City on this night to remember.
Tickets are on sale now via SISTIC. Standard tickets are priced at S$98, S$128, S$148, S$168, and S$188. Tickets for seats with restricted views are also available for S$98, S$148, and S$168. All prices listed do not include booking and administrative fees.
The Tales From The Script Album
Tales From The Script was released on 1 Oct 2021, via Sony Music Entertainment UK. The 18-track release boasts singles from all six of the band’s preceding studio albums, a brand-new original song ‘I Want It All’, as well as a song from their 2018 Acoustic Sessions EP.
The compilation record debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart dated 8 October 2021, becoming The Script’s sixth UK number-one album.
In a press release shared when The Script announced the UK leg of the tour, frontman Danny O’Donoghue said that the Tales From The Script record is “a springboard to [the band’s] next chapter, but it’s also [their] story so far”.
The Greatest Hits Tour
Drummer and bassist Glen Power echoed his sentiments, saying, “We’re taking all the best songs and playing them all together in one place. It will turn it into a celebration that we’ve survived and we’ve all got through to this moment together.”
Besides Singapore, the Asian leg of The Script’s Greatest Hits tour will also include stops in other Asian cities such as Manila, Jakarta, and Bangkok.

Its next three albums, Science & Faith (2010), #3 (2012) and No Sound Without Silence (2014), all topped the album charts in Ireland and the UK, while Science & Faith reached number three in the US. Hit singles from these albums include ‘For the First Time’, ‘Nothing’, ‘Hall of Fame’ and ‘Superheroes’.
The band’s fifth studio album, Freedom Child, was released on 1 Sep 2017, and features the UK Top 20 single ‘Rain’. Its sixth studio album, Sunsets & Full Moons, was released on 8 Nov 2019, and features the single ‘The Last Time’.
